My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet, although I was on the ground floor instead of a cellar room. The service was wonderful, with pleasant, professional, and helpful staff attending to all my needs. The location was convenient, close to the railway station and all the sites of Geneva. The dining experience was nice with fresh options and plenty of unlimited coffee, offering good value for the price. Overall, it was a comfortable and friendly stay.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The rooms were large, well presented, and equipped with air conditioning, making my nights very comfortable. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was amazing, very close to the lake and a short walk to the old city, bus and train station. The service was exceptional, with incredibly helpful staff, except for reception. However, the noise from the street could be bothersome at times. The rooms, although small for a couple with two suitcases, were clean and comfortable. The dining was decent, with good but not very generous options. Overall, a place I would still recommend for its prime location and friendly service.

The hotel room seemed like a server room for a supercomputer with all the wires, which might not be everyone's ideal setting, but worked perfectly for my business needs. There was a strong herbal smell from some sort of spray, yet the room had a comfortable bed and reliable air conditioning. The service was exceptional, checking us in early in the morning and being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The convenient location, merely a short walk to the train station and the beautiful lake, made exploring the area effortless. Although the dining options were not as varied as in other hotels we've visited, the staff provided useful recommendations for places to eat outside the hotel.
